About Kim & Josh
The husband and wife Realtors work to bring their individual strengths and qualities together to better improve the home buying and selling experience for each of their clients. Kim brings 22 years of real estate expertise to both Butte and Humboldt County as well as her passion for bringing women into the business sector. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast, continually exploring the hidden gems of Humboldt County. Josh brings his passion both for coaching athletes in the sport of Track and Field and for our Veterans, helping raise awareness and money for the "Homes For Our Troops" organization. Kim and Josh have been married for 26 years, meeting at the Campton Heights Baptist Church youth group in Fortuna during high school. They have 2 children that bring them so much joy. After all these years together, Kim and Josh love to Live, Work, and Play in both Butte and Humboldt Counties!
